Refrigerated shipping: We will ship your order frozen using environmentally-friendly Paperfloc insulation packaging and dry ice. This guarantees that the cold chain is maintained for up to 48 hours. You can find more information in the FAQ.

No Shipment to Packstations: Unfortunately, we cannot send your order to Packstations due to refrigerated shipping. Consignments are diverted to post offices when the selected Packstation is fully occupied, and the cold chain must therefore be maintained for an additional 24 hours.
